• Conduct significant due diligence. Use standard business development processes to understand companies and position them for a capital infusion.
• Position the client for institutional financing. Package the investment and add the necessary elements to make it an institutional quality investment.
• Provide initial seed financing. Arrange direct investment from our own fund or other related investors to bridge to the institutional financing rounds.
• Arrange institutional investment rounds: Structure and complete institutional financial rounds to scale the opportunity, focusing on Reverse Mergers.
• Orchestrate a positive liquidity event for all investors. This could include a sale, recapitalization, merger or LBO.
