He spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry, the majority with Verizon, working within large-scale enterprise and channel organizations. His combined corporate, entrepreneurial, and advisory background allows him to bring a practical, operator-first perspective to client engagements.

Professional Experience

Born in Santa Barbara and raised in Northern California, Mick has worked with organizations across the United States and internationally. After his telecommunications career, he transitioned into full-time advisory work, supporting companies across manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, technology, education, consumer products, and professional services. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has founded and operated multiple businesses, giving him a balanced perspective of enterprise-scale operations and entrepreneurial execution. He also brings experience working with global nonprofit organizations, helping leadership teams strengthen governance, operational discipline, and long-term sustainability.
