Craig is a seasoned business executive with an extensive background managing large companies and he has owned his business as well. He focuses on understanding our clients business models, mergers and acquisitions as well as financial analysis of perspective clients. He is a forward thinking consultant as he works with key clients on valuation, presentation of their companies and approach to the market place. Craig has worked with M&A clients on both the sale and purchase side of the business sector. He is also a key advisor to companies as he has a keen sense of people and organizational structure. As a Designated DBIA Professional he also brings strong advanced construction management and teaming skills to our clients which also translates over to most business sectors.
Professional Experience:
Craig has lived in Southern California all of his life while working all over the USA and internationally. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a manager for Chevron USA, a business owner, a leader in the design build community, and an executive at several large corporations. Several years ago he moved into consulting as more of a full time career before joining SC Capital in 2018.
