Professional Experience

Zack is a seasoned infrastructure and construction executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across the transportation, utility, energy, and industrial sectors throughout the United States. His career spans agricultural, airfield, DOT, rail, telecom, solar, military, and large-scale commercial developments, serving in roles that include subcontractor, prime contractor, engineer of record, design-builder, and construction manager at risk.
